The Dreary Drains is an area accessible from the Silent Sewers or the Tesla Garden.

Features

Dreary Drains is a metallic area with numerous waterways, grid platforms, pipes, and culverts.

As you navigate the waterway, you can find two docks, where the first dock leads to a series of metallic platforms, while the second is a path connected to the first through a ladder. Just beside the ladder is a chair, and east of it is a dock to another winding waterway. From the fences here, there is a somewhat-hidden dock to a brick path, ending in a ladder to a dead end, where a purple creature may sometimes show up next to the culvert visible from the top of the ladder. Heading forward from the waterway, you will eventually reach a wall featuring a graffiti of eyes with varying colors.

Beyond that point, the area will slightly darken, and advancing to the branching path from there will make the area much darker. Taking the southern part of the branch ends in a door that leads to a room with an exit to the Verdant Promenade. If you haven't visited Verdant Promenade at least once, the door will be locked. The northern route, on the other hand, leads to an opened culvert. Entering it takes you to a much darker section.

From here, the area is now shrouded in deep darkness, where equipping the Lantern effect will make a small part of the surroundings visible. Shortly after heading downwards, there is an intersection. Going west, then following the north-western route from here, you will encounter another intersection. By heading east, you can find a path branching northwest and northeast. Going northwest, you will find a doorway next to two flowers, leading to an area connected by a series of ladders going upwards, ending in a bright exit with a gigantic monster above it, where the exit takes you to Ancient Aeropolis. Taking the northeastern path instead, then going east from there leads to a bridge. Following the path from the bridge, and taking a U-turn to the southern path from the brown bricked walls, you can find a ladder to an area consisting of metallic platforms and pipes on the foreground, and heading to the end of this path is a set of two spinning cubes stacked on top of each other. Interacting with it leads to the Abyssal Woods.

Abyssal Woods

This area is a looping environment, where you can find gigantic leaves and a large tree southeast of the entrance. West of the tree is a set of pillars where the center is blocked by a red construction sign. East of these pillars is a small structure with a door to Tesla Garden.
