Eyeball Cherry Fields is an area accessible from the cherry at the peak of the tower in Mountaintop Ruins.

Annotated map of Eyeball Cherry Fields.

Features

Eyeball Cherry Fields is a somewhat large, looping area with a dreary appearance. Here you can find cherries and blueberries (some with eyeballs), gnarled vegetation, and puddles of blood. The berries with eyeballs can be chainsawed. Also can be found is a relatively speedy Shadow Lady that lurks the place. Getting caught by her will trap you in an isolated section. Another Shadow Lady may be found near the Mountaintop Ruins entrance, trapped between plants and staring at Urotsuki.

Southeast of the entrance you can find a pair of cherries with a distinctly-bright puddle of blood between them. Stepping into the puddle will lead to a pathway of glowing red and yellow tiles. At the end is a pair of rapidly flashing cherries that frame the entrance to Rusty Urban Complex.

By going further southeast of the aforementioned blood puddle, you can find a restroom. Inside is a gigantic toilet surrounded with various vegetation and glowing orbs. Following the path near the toilet is a small passage accessible with the Fairy, Child, Grave (while active), or Dice effect (or certain masks, like the black cat or Block Person). Entering this passage leads to the Whispery Sewers.
