Map of Visceral World

The Visceral World is an area accessible from the Insides.

Features

Visceral World is a fleshy world that resembles the inside of a human body. It appears to be based off of a human uterus/vagina. The location appears to be alive, as the gaping, fleshy holes that serve as doors pulsate, and a droning heartbeat can be heard throughout.

Immediately to the west from where you enter, the Whistle Effect can be found by entering the door with a Onigo standing just outside. The Whistle is lying on the ground and can be easily collected. This room also notably contains a fleshy throne, with an Onigo sitting on it. Sabitsuki can sit in it if she kills the Onigo.

Just south of the room with the Whistle, there is a horizontal path. Following it will eventually loop the world horizontally. A pool of blood can be observed somewhere on this path to the south. There's roughly a 30% chance per flow session that a strange creature, vaguely resembling a disformed Nessie will be swimming in this pond. An Onigo stands past the pool, seemingly observing.

The Childbirth event is located on the other side of the pond, but this subarea can only be accessed through a secret path in the Reverse Apartments that has a 29% chance to appear every flow session. Sabitsuki will have to navigate through a room filled to the brim with Onigo first to access it.

Along the horizontal path, there's also another way north. Proceeding north through the room strongly stylized and designed like a vagina will lead to a room with the layout of a uterus. There's a door on either side of the room, where the ovaries would be: Both of these doors lead to different sections of the Womb Maze.

This world contains a single Fetus when visited as Rust. It appears in the looping horizontal corridor.
