The Playground is made up of various land structures, largely separated by gaps. The background consists of a sunset sky with a cityscape barely visible in the distance. The foreground is represented by black silhouettes of land structures as well as recreational equipment such as a slide and a (partially damaged) swing set. The ground, also a black silhouette, is heavily jagged, thus the playground appears to be vegetated or at least forbidding. The main area is largely a straightforward path with a single gap that prevents the area from fully looping.

Alongside Aby, there are entrances to the Black Caves and Underwater Ship, represented by a door and hut respectively. The floating island accessed through the Symbols Maze does not currently have any notable elements other than a broken down Game Boy, which does nothing but play a noise upon interacting with it. It's possible that it will be updated to lead to Game Boy World, or an area related to it.

The Playground is one of the four main areas accessible from the Nexus and can be entered through the red door.

Features

The Playground is made up of several dark land masses separated by gaps. The background consists of a sunset sky, with a cityscape barely visible in the distance. The foreground consists of black silhouettes of jagged ground, a door, abstract shapes, a building, and playground equipment such as a slide and a damaged swing set. The main area is a straightforward path with a gap in the ground that prevents the area from fully looping.

Upon entering from the Nexus, the player can see Aby the Phantom sitting on a cliffside to the right. However, if the player walks to left to loop around to the cliffside, the phantom will have disappeared.

Instead, the player must interact with the seat on the swing set. Note that Fluorette must be front-facing for the interaction to work. This will cause the seat to swing, making a loud creaking noise accompanied by a resounding laughter. Returning to the cliffside will make Aby visible once again, and interacting with her now teaches Fluorette the Phantom Prayer.

A black doorway to the left of the swing set leads to the Black Caves. and the hut all the way to the left leads to the Underwater Ship.

In the middle of the area, structures with a checked pattern connect to a floating island right above the main area. This floating area is only accessible if the player has entered a connection in the Symbols Maze. Smaller floating islands with curly vine-like structures also accompany the large island.

The floating island accessed through the Symbols Maze does not currently have any notable elements other than a broken down Game Boy, which does nothing but play a noise upon interacting with it.
