Static Noise Hell is an area accessible from the mirror in the Infinite Library's inner sanctum.
Features
This area is a vast, isometric maze with an appearance reminiscent of Hell from the original Yume Nikki, where scanlines fill the screen's foreground as static noises play. Navigation is done on a grid basis, where moving to the ends of the screen will scroll the camera to the succeeding direction.
The entrance of the maze is a mirror image of Urotsuki in the middle of a crossroad, who faces the opposite direction of where she is headed to. Five gates are placed across the maze, where one of them is open at random, leading to the Ripple Passage (波紋, Hamon, Ripple), and one point of interest within the maze is an empty pathway with a transparent Urotsuki, sitting down. To get to this point, there is an invisible path at the bottom of the section with all of the squares, connecting to the path to get to it. By sitting back-to-back with the transparent Urotsuki, standing back up lets you take control of the copy (which silences the heartbeat in the area's background), and vice-versa. As you assume control of the copy, the real Urotsuki will gradually fade, which can be undone by switching back to the real Urotsuki. Allowing the real Urotsuki to fade away completely will eventually make the area glitch out, forcing her to wake up. Doing this unlocks wallpaper #345.
Ripple Passage
Ripple Passage appears to be a dark area at first, where the water's color shines periodically. Sound effects are muted out as you explore this area. Passable areas are revealed as you navigate the pathway, which eventually leads to a lone ripple that takes you to the fairy hole within Snowy Forest when interacted with, allowing two-way access from here. Entering this area for the first time grants Wallpaper#331, and if you have saved the Victim, you can also get Wallpaper #328 upon unlocking the connection to the aforementioned fairy hole.
