The Submerged Communications Area is an area accessible from the monochrome tunnel room in the Statue Forest.
Features
This area is a flooded expanse of scattered blue utility poles and gray streetlights. The world is populated by small groups of bushes and jellyfish-like NPCs. Upon entering, Urotsuki will be unable to move as the screen begins to turn yellow. Lightning will then strike and a heavy rain will befall the area. If you equip the Teru Teru Bōzu effect and try to make the rain stop, Urotsuki and the music will stop, the same animation from the entrance will play, and the rainfall will resume.

- This area is an homage to Transmission Tower World, a world that had been long-removed at the time. Since the area's reintroduction, the monochromatic tunnel that was originally used in the aforementioned world has been modified drastically.
