Added ladder sprites to the rune masks and the Black Hole Girls' masks.
Added sound variants to all effects (including combo effects) to the xylophone.

The player can now select menu themes by number via the Shift key.
Menu theme numbers may now accommodate up to three digits.
The cursor position in the mask shops is now saved between visits.
Masks and other transformations are now temporarily removed when entering the Trophy Room.
Mini-Maze changes:
- Adjusted the minimap to always be correct, even without the Glasses effect acquired.
- Switches and disappearing walls are now displayed.
- Minor changes to the terrain and transitions.
