Entrails (formerly known as Stomach Maze) is an area accessible from the mutilated pig in Mutant Pig Farm.
Features
This is an area made of off-pink fleshy paths over a white cloudy sky. Dense green trees and tall circular lampposts are scattered about.
Entering from Mutant Pig Farm has you exit out of some strange, fleshy vomiting creature. Going behind the fleshy creature will lead you to a small area with three floating eyes, a pergola, and a bench. On the bench is a white book. Interacting with the book will unlock it in the Library. Returning from there, you will find a shadowy figure on the floating island past the strange creature.
Following the path to the right leads to a small area with two benches and a pergola, and eventually to a gray structure that will take you to Sculpture Park.
Going west from the benches leads to a small dead-end. In here, there is a 50% chance per dream, if the day/times slept counter is an even number before going to bed (as shown on the PC), that the red magic door to Domino Maze will appear. If it is not entered quickly, the door will disappear for the remainder of the dream session.
The door will appear with certainty if the coloring book in the Library has a red umbrella. Notably, this door will only open if the player has the Child effect (equipping it is not necessary).

Trivia
- Prior to version 0.120h, this area was much larger and had several now removed features.
- Entrails' BGM was formerly yumepo5 before it was changed in 0.120h.
