Rifle Wasteland is a world accessible from at the end of Metallic Pathway. It is also accessible with the Chainsaw effect and a 1/21 chance from Sniper-san's Room in Sweet Medical Utopia.

Features

Rifle Wasteland is a large white expanse littered with rifles, bullets, and telephone poles. At the very top of this white area is a ledge, peeking over to a dark red backdrop with black, wandering hands. Around the wasteland are panjandrum NPCs which roll about hyperactively and approach Urotsuki if the Eyeball Bomb effect is equipped.

Wandering the area is Sniper-san, an NPC with white skin and black hair, carrying what appears to be a rifle. If the Bike, Wolf, Eyeball Bomb, Penguin, Insect, Spring, Bat, or Drum effect is equipped, they will approach Urotsuki and forcibly unequip the effect with a popping noise when they reach her. Using the Trombone effect will make Sniper-san jump frantically. The Chainsaw, Boy, Invisible, Gakuran, Cake, and Grave effect will make them stop and stare at Urotsuki, and the Plaster Cast effect will make them stop and look away from her.

Interacting with the bullet will lead to Metallic Pathway. Only if the area was entered from Sniper-san's Room in Sweet Medical Utopia, interacting with Sniper-san from the front while the Cake effect is equipped will return Urotsuki there.

Heading north and slighty west from the Metallic Pathway entrance, one can find a rifle with a red, black and white pattern, below it is a small floating keychain that takes Urotsuki to Keychain Collection.

Small white buildings can be found and entered throughout the world. One of them contains an archway that leads to Flooded Baths, another has three beds, one in the middle being bloody, while a different one has a passage to Heartfelt Eclipse Sea.
