Abyssal Garden is an area accessible from Reverie Book Piles.
Features
This gloomy world mainly consists of seemingly dead mangrove trees, tangled roots, spiral-like plants, and vines covering them all. An abstract amalgam of limbs can be seen in the background. Inhabiting the area are slow-moving, squid-like chasers with a large eye. They are fooled by the Invisible effect. Interestingly, they will not stop when the Crossing effect is used. They will send Urotsuki to an isolated area of Colorless Rose Garden upon contact.
The main area begins at the relative center, which is the entrance from Reverie Book Piles. Attempting to return through the red doorway only results in a metal clanging sound. North of it is a wiry doorway with a big eye above it. Within is a corridor to Knife World with a large stickman drawing and text saying "Emergency Exit" underneath. This text is written with "Emerg" above "ency Exit". The middle of the area cannot be crossed from right to left unless the Penguin effect is used. Doing so will result in the stickman expressing their displeasure.
The main area also has wrought iron fences as boundaries. Following a break in the decrepit foliage above the entrance and below the "Emergency Exit" (thus in the northwest corner of the area), will lead to an opening in the fence. Entering takes Urotsuki to a footprint path that transitions to Silent Forest.
Towards the southeast of the main area is an additional opening in the foliage that goes to a clearing with a construction sign in the middle. In this subarea, an opening between the plants in the northwest will lead to an opening in the fence in the northeast corner. Heading within reveals a zone with blue stones strewn about. To the north here is a partially-open fence containing a blue stone with a neutral facial expression. The stone reacts to several effects, such as the Chainsaw, Penguin, Insect, Cake, Marginal, and Bunny Ears effects. It also has a peculiar reaction to the Glasses and Eyeball Bomb effects.
