After arriving from the train, heading up the northeastern path will lead to the main area, and following the northwestern path will lead to a strange blue Teleport Rune surrounded by large, detailed cubes. Interacting with the rune will transport Urotsuki to Runic Ruins.

After reaching the stellar mountaintop and sitting on the bench, the screen tint and BGM will remain throughout the world until it is exited and re-entered. This indicates that access is granted to a section with discarded, vine-covered construction equipment and runes. A wandering person can be found in this section, and will flee from the Chainsaw effect; using it will make them slump over on the ground. Interacting with them afterwards will produce one of Urotsuki's refusal sounds, and she will then automatically equip the Lantern effect and torch them out of existence. Exiting and re-entering the world will revive them.
