Realm of Dice is a world accessible from Topdown Dungeon and from the Golden Casino of Playing Card Dungeon.
Features
The area takes place on what appears to be the surface of a red die, with dice of various shapes and colors littered around the world. There are three four-legged pink creatures who constantly walk horizontally to the left and produce a drooping noise when interacted with. Northwest of the entrance is a die with an open face that leads to the Dice Hotel.
Additionally, if Variable #44 has a value of either 153 or 154, a bent pylon can be found directly southeast of the entrance that transports one to the Hat Horror Zone upon interaction.
Dice Hotel
This is a hotel containing various similar looking rooms with solid pink walls, green hanging lanterns, and blue carpeting as its main decor. Each room, much like a six-sided die, is labeled with a certain number of dots above its door that indicates which room it is.
The interiors of most rooms hold bedroom furniture such as teal-colored beds which Urotsuki can slip into, empty green pots, strange pink wall padding, and house lamps. Room 1 contains a slot machine that costs 100 夢. This slot machine is not luck-based, instead requiring well-timed presses. If you win with the chaser icons, it will play an electrical sound and then break until Urotsuki wakes up. If you win with the "7" icons, it will play the sound of an audience cheering and also break until Urotsuki wakes up. Room 4 is a much smaller room holding three pots and a red construction sign, indicating that another author may connect there in the future. Room 5 contains a Shadow Gentleman. Attacking him will make him chase Urotsuki, sending her to an isolated section of the Nefarious Chessboard if caught. At the right end of the hall is a set of doors that lead to Motel Breeze.
Walking to the left in the main hall returns you the main area. Using the Penguin effect to slide past the teleport to the main area will lead to a dice-styled door that takes you to a small room. Interacting with the object in that room transports you to a special section of Dice Swamp. Near that door is a lone Diceman blocking another door. Trying to pass through it will prove futile; however, if you equip the Dice effect, it will let you pass through. If you have unlocked the connection to the Golden Casino of Playing Card Dungeon, you can enter the previously blocked-off double doors to revisit the area.
Hat Horror Zone
Upon entrance to this area, one will notice the various mannequin heads scattered around wearing various unique hats. While some hats resemble a hairstyle or more traditional accessories, such as the rainbow propeller hat or a cycloptic beanie, others are lookalikes of everday items like peppers and squids. There is no way to leave except through waking up or using the Eyeball Bomb effect.

Trivia
- One of the faces of the die seen in the backgroud is a variation of the rune Othala (ᛟ) with a dot in the center of the upper rhombus, similar to the Teleport Runes seen throughout the game.
- Before version 0.122f, there used to be a disfigured Urotsuki that could be found in room 2 if Variable #44 was between 151 and 162.
