The Playground is one of the locations in the Spirit Realm. It is also one of the four locations accessed from the Nexus.
Features
The Playground is made up of various land structures, largely separated by gaps. The background consists of a sunset sky with a cityscape barely visible in the distance. The foreground is represented by black silhouettes of land structures as well as recreational equipment such as a slide and a (partially damaged) swing set. The ground, also a black silhouette, is heavily jagged, thus the playground appears to be vegetated or at least forbidding. The main area is largely a straightforward path with a single gap that prevents the area from fully looping.
In the middle of the area, structures with a checked pattern connect to a floating island right above the main area. This floating area is only accessible if the player has entered a connection in the Symbols Maze. Smaller floating islands with curly vine-like structures also accompany the large island.
Upon entering from the Nexus, the player can see Aby the Phantom to the right of the door, though the gap in the terrain prevents the player from immediately heading right to interact with her. If the player goes to the left to see Aby, they will be invisible and unable to be interacted with. Interacting with the broken swing set will cause her to appear normally, accompanied by her resounding laughter. Interacting with her then teaches Fluorette the Phantom Prayer.
Alongside Aby, there are entrances to the Black Caves and Underwater Ship, represented by a door and hut respectively. The floating island accessed through the Symbols Maze does not currently have any notable elements other than a broken down Game Boy, which does nothing but play a noise upon interacting with it. It's possible that it will be updated to lead to Game Boy World, or an area related to it.

Trivia
- This location is the one seen in the screenshot on the download page of Answered Prayers.
- The silhouette-like area and the phantom character/prayer bear resemblance to the video game Limbo from 2010. The first release of Answered Prayers was in 2010 as well.
