Miasma is an area accessible from Moth Gallery.

In this area there are pink tiles with crescent moons on them. In some areas the crescent moon will be outlined opposed to being filled. There are hooded NPCs throughout the world. You can also find scattered throughout the world some poles that are bloody, various skeletal fragments and some sort of shell. East from the Moth Gallery entrance is a higher platform with two bloody poles that will have a orb between it if certain conditions are met. Interacting with this orb leads to White Lily Graveyard.

Conditions

The conditions for accessing White Lily Graveyard are as follows:

Go to Sugar Road, Overgrown Condominium, then Sugar Road.
Then follow this path: Sugar Road → Chaos Exhibition → Buried City → Sunken City → Atlantis → Snowy Pipe Organ → Dark Room → Art Gallery → Cloud Tops → Restored Sky Kingdom . If you are taken to School, or if the hole did not show up, you will have to restart from the beginning.
Navigate to Miasma without straying from Aediorugap's worlds. Find the orb and interact with it.Spoilers end here.

White Lily Graveyard

Once you enter this area you are met by cross headstones, what seems to be blood spatter and strange NPCs that don't move scattered throughout the area. Going straight north leads you to a woman with a giant flower sitting in a pool of blood behind her. The flower also has its tips splattered with blood. If you chainsaw the woman, her face will darken and the strange NPCs will be able to move at a extreme pace becoming chasers. If the NPCs catch Urotsuki she will be woken up.
