Vomiting Mouths World is an area accessible from a door with a vomiting face in the Mini-Nexus.
Features
This area features large, faded blocks and unusual faces endlessly spewing streams of dark liquid. There are also multiple large human-like creatures, some with pale skin and black hair, and the others with the opposite.
Heading southeast of the entrance is a pair of these human-like figures surrounded by colorless faces. Continuing south and a bit east will lead to a monochrome Teleport Rune, which will take Urotsuki to the Intestines Maze and unlock the connection from the other side. Equipping the Glasses effect will make the rune temporarily disappear. Northeast of this rune is a block with a barricade in front of it.

Trivia
- This world was previously flooded for a relatively short amount of time, which prevented Urotsuki from exploring the area. Also, the blocks had different fire-like decals.
