hole in girl is an area accessible from the maid in Sweet Sugar, provided that you have gotten at least five 300-yen meals in Sugar Hole.
Features
The main area of Hole in Girl is a small looping area with fleshy walls, unconscious women on the ground, odd humanoids holding signs, and pure-white statues of undressed women in various provocative poses. From the entrance of the area, there is a maid directly west who will transport Sabitsuki to one of the back rooms in Sweet Sugar when interacted with, serving as a way out of the area.
If you follow the signs held by the odd NPCs deeper into the world, the player can come across a small hole. Entering this hole will take Sabitsuki to the vomitgirl area. This area is an empty black room with a large woman on the floor, and what is likely vomit on the ground in front of her. Interacting with this woman's face will lead the player to a long, linear path.
