This ending can be seen after collecting all of the Empties. This ending will replace Ending #0, Ending #1 and Ending #2.

This ending requires you to collect ONLY the Bloody Knife memory, and none of the Coins (with the exception of the Bubblegum memory and Coin at the beginning). If at any point you were to collect any other Memory or Coin, you will be locked out of seeing this ending.
Step 2: Go to Stare's Stairs through the Monochrome Building, and then go right down the stairs. At the end of the corridor you will find another Muma sitting on the ground. Interact with her and she will kill the Muma you control. You will now control the remaining Muma. DO NOT collect the Memory and return to the Memory Room right away by holding Shift.
Step 3: Go to Lamp World through the Black Waters. While the lights are off, go left and up where you can see the black and white Muma. Approach her to kill her, then return to the Memory Room.
Step 4: Go to the Weird Forest through the Inverted Retro Dungeon. Go up one screen and step on the middle of the 'O' on the ground to go the Great Rope. Next, go exit through the door to the north, and follow the path on the right. Enter the iron door at the end to enter The Grinder. Kill the Muma sitting on the pool of blood at the end, and return to the Memory Room.
Step 5: Go back to the Stare's Stairs where the first Muma was. Go all the way right until you see a doorway but DO NOT enter it. Turn around and go all the way to the left until you see another doorway, and again, DO NOT enter it. Go all the way right again, and this time enter the door. You will find yourself back at the Monochrome Building's room, with a red 'あ' on the wall. Head to the elevator and push the right button twice to go to the basement. Go all the way right and enter the Secret Lab. Inside the lab, at the end you will find a Muma inside a test tube. Interact with the test tube, and Muma will break it and kill the other Muma inside it.
Step 6: Go to the Blue Flow through Overgrown Rust. Southwest of the entrance is a giant crystal. Approach it and it will show a reflection of Muma, which Muma will then cut with the Knife. After this step you will no longer be able to return to the Memory Room by holding down Shift. The only way to return is by using one of the one-way door to the Memory Room.
Step 7: The closest door is in the Lower Totem Hill. Enter the blue door in Blue Flow, then teleport until the colors become red. Enter the red door that takes you to the Lower Totem Hill. Next, go east to find the Memory Room door and enter it. In the Memory Room, the chair at the north end will be gone. Go all the way north and enter the neon pink heart door. After this, follow the linear path until the end. Interact with the pink PC, move the cursor to the red X button next to Muma, and then at the rop right of the screen to end it all.
