The world is essentially under the sea and is reached by interacting with the piano. There are a number of blue coral branches and bubbles rising up from the sand. Shoals of fish will pass by periodically. If you go straight up from the piano, you'll find a throne room with a big pink chair at the top of it.
Atlantis is a large area set at the bottom of the ocean. Coming from the Snowy Pipe Organ, the piano connects to an opening in a tall field of coral, with bubbles rising up from the sand. From the grand piano, the entrance at the northernmost part of the reef consists of a coral field forming an impassable wall. There are a number of fish swimming around this area. The less dense part of the coral field to the sides of the entrance conceals a hidden path, which leads to The Trench Overlook.

Not far from the entrance there is a strange melted-looking head in the sand. Equipping the Eyeball Bomb effect near the head will make it smile.

There is also a large group of small rocks arranged in the shape of Urotsuki's head towards the middle of the area, with a ghostly image of Urotsuki sitting in the middle of them. If the Glasses effect is equipped, a child version of Urotsuki can be seen standing in front of it. Through gaps on the west side of the rocks, it's possible to get closer to them. Interacting with the child-Urotsuki from the side with the Glasses effect equipped, a short scene plays where she looks at Urotsuki, and proceeds to walk over to the ghostly Urotsuki before vanishing.

At the far south of the Reef, there are many dwellings made of sand, and a large sea sponge that reacts to the Penguin and Wolf effects, unlocking wallpaper #195. This sea sponge can be killed with the Chainsaw and does not seem to revive after waking up.

The dwelling themselves are a small maze-like area which Urotsuki must travel through to get to the bottom of The Reef, by going through the ladders and rooftops of the area. When exploring the dwellings, white figures may be seen peeking through the windows. There is also an unreachable crevice which will reveal a pair of red eyes when the Chainsaw effect is equipped, or when howling with the Wolf effect. At the bottom of the dwellings is also an entrance with a green sign on the top that leads to the Realistic Beach.

At the very bottom of The Reef there is a set of steps leading down to an area separated by a small trench, with a large shadow on the other side. Urotsuki can cross over the trench using the Fairy, Penguin, or Spacesuit effects, and walking down into the shadows will take Urotsuki to the underwater section of the Flooded Baths.

The Trench Overlook
The Trench Overlook is a small sub-section of The Reef that can be accessed by going east along the corals and bumping into a raised part of the sand. Continue north into the corals and behind the tips of a specific coral (located below three small rocks) to reach the trench.

At first, there appears to be nothing on the west side of the trench, but if Urotsuki equips the Penguin or Spacesuit effects, some bubbles floating out of the trench will appear. Interacting with them will let Urotsuki swim down into the trench and move along the seabed until reaching the entrance to an underwater cavern at the end.

Inside, the cavern leads deep down into the ocean, until eventually emerging into the Star Ocean. The only effects that work inside the trench and Star Ocean are the Penguin and Spacesuit effects.

Aside from the trench itself, this area also contains a bench for Urotsuki to sit on at the far east end, as well as an exit back to an isolated section of The Reef just southwest of the bench. This isolated area contains a red sea sponge that will tint the entire reef red when interacted with. While The Reef is red, a uniquely shaped tree of coral will appear across from the trench that teleports Urotsuki to the Scorched Wasteland, with no direct way to return.

If you use the Penguin effect in this world, you will be able to swim constantly without having the need to keep pressing the arrow keys.
Each time Urotsuki sits down on the bench, there is a chance that a bus will pull up midway over the trench. The bus will not be visible from the bench. If Urotsuki walks up to the door, it will slide open and let her on board. Inside the bus, all the seats are empty, save for a dark bus driver's silhouette wearing a black cap.

The Reef
After entering the bus, it will start moving, going over an occasional bump on the way. Once the driver has stopped moving, indicating that the bus has stopped, Urotsuki can get off through the front door into the Botanical Garden.
This area is reached by going down from the piano. There are a number of large fish swimming around this area. There is also a large group of small rocks arranged in the shape of Urotsuki's head towards the middle of the area, with a ghost of Urotsuki sitting in the middle of them.

At the far south of the reef, there are many dwellings made of sand, an exit to the Realistic Beach, and a large sea sponge that reacts to the Penguin effect. This sea sponge can be killed with the chainsaw and does not seem to revive after waking up.
By using the Fairy, Penguin, or Spacesuit effects, Urotsuki can cross over to the other side of the trench, which is just as empty as the lower side, only containing a long, impassable path covered in rocks with a bench and large Vending Machine near a crack in the ground that can be found by navigating a small maze of coral and pebbles on the east end.

The Trench
The Connections Divide
The trench overlook is a small sub-section of the reef that can be accessed by navigating the coral northeast of the entrance from the piano. Aside from the trench itself, this area contains only a bench for Urotsuki to sit on at the far east end, as well as an exit back to an isolated section of the reef just southwest of the bench. This isolated area contains a red sea sponge that will give the reef a red tint when interacted with.
Due to the path between The Reef and The City requiring the Fairy, Child, Dice, or Grave effect, there's a divide in this area's possible connections if Urotsuki has none of these effects, depending on where she entered. Without these effects, entering The Reef or The Trench Overlook means The City's connections are inaccessible, and vice versa. These connections can be described as "City" or "Outskirts" connections, depending on which side they're on.

Each time Urotsuki sits down on the bench, there is a chance that a small bus will pull up midway over the trench. If Urotsuki walks up to the door, it will slide open and let her onboard. Inside, the bus has only 2 passengers - a blue woman in a long dress sitting near the back, and some shady punk wrapped in a brown cloak down in front. This area is currently unfinished, and may feature more in future updates.
City connections:
*Tapir-San's Place
*Underwater Amusement Park

The City
Outskirts connections:
By using the Fairy or Child effect at the hole in the wall behind the pink throne, you'll get to the city. There is a road and a number of tall buildings here. You can also see Tako Otoko standing in the open. By going through one of the doorways, you'll come to the entrance to Tapir-San's Place.
*Realistic Beach
*Flooded Baths
*Star Ocean
*Botanical Garden
*Scorched Wasteland

If you continue right, you'll reach a long road populated by blue figures (some of which are just floating in the foreground). Weave in and out of them to keep going right and you should reach the Underwater Amusement Park.

Atlantis is an area accessible from the grand piano in the Snowy Pipe Organ.

Annotated map of Atlantis' City.

Features

Atlantis is a large area set at the bottom of the ocean. Coming from the Snowy Pipe Organ, the piano connects to an opening in a tall field of coral, with bubbles rising up from the sand. Shoals of fish will pass by periodically. Equipping the Penguin effect in any part of the area allows Urotsuki to swim continuously and pressing Shift will make her take a small boost.

There are two paths leading up and down from the piano. Going down from the piano will take Urotsuki to The Reef, and taking the path upwards will take her to a throne room with three strange creatures and a big pink chair. At the top of the room is a small hole on the wall Urotsuki can crawl through if she equips the Fairy, Child, Dice, or Grave effect. Entering the hole will lead to The City.

The City

The City is a long horizontal area divided in two parts. The first part consists of various tall buildings with a long straight road. Tako Otoko can be found wandering around the city, who will become frightened and reveal his tentacles and large eye when using the Fairy effect near him. Near the area where Tako Otoko wander is the only enterable building in the city, which has a doorway that leads to Tapir-San's Place.

The second area can be found by heading east through the road, which contains even more roads, as well as several blue figures forming lines and floating around. At the end of the road will be the entrance to the Underwater Amusement Park.

Since The City requires at least one effect to be entered from the Snowy Pipe Organ, one can instead enter the area from the Underwater Amusement Park, at the cost of going through a longer path.

The Reef

Annotated map of Atlantis' Reef.

After entering the bus, it will start moving, going over an occasional bump on the way. Once the driver has stopped moving, indicating that the bus has stopped, Urotsuki can get off through the front door into the Botanical Garden.

The Connections Divide

Due to the path between The Reef and The City requiring the Fairy, Child, Dice, or Grave effect, there's a divide in this area's possible connections if Urotsuki has none of these effects, depending on where she entered. Without these effects, entering The Reef or The Trench Overlook means The City's connections are inaccessible, and vice versa. These connections can be described as "City" or "Outskirts" connections, depending on which side they're on.

City connections:

 • Tapir-San's Place
 • Underwater Amusement Park

Outskirts connections:

 • Realistic Beach
 • Flooded Baths
 • Star Ocean
 • Botanical Garden
 • Scorched Wasteland
