The Intestines Maze is a large area accessible from a number of locations, the fastest being through blue Smokin' HAL's mouth in Geometry World.
Features
The Intestines Maze is a huge maze with pulsating pink walls that houses a variety of portals between far-off areas. A mixture of eyeballs and flesh can be found scattered throughout the area, and it is also home to a few chasers. This area seems to be the equivalent of Hell in Yume Nikki.
You can enter the maze from a number of locations. Some of the faster ways are through the portals from Geometry World, the Hospital, and Red City. Directions are included in the map below.
- From the Geometry World entrance, you can make your way to a chocolate-topped Teleport Rune that leads to Dessert Fields.
- Northeast of the Dessert Fields connection is a monochrome Teleport Rune leading to Vomiting Mouths World if you have unlocked it from the other side.
- There is a purple intestine-like NPC in the northwest section of the map, which will take you to Red City.
- West of the Red City portal is a white NPC crying blood, giving you a likely one-way route to Blood World (if the connection back is not present).
- Above the Blood World NPC is a Teleport Rune leading to The Pansy Path.
- By arriving from Simple Street, you will be placed south of the Blood World portal and close to a speedy eyeball creature.
- A bit south and then east of the Red City portal is a four-leaf clover, which will lead to Valentine Mail.
- Arriving from the Magnet Room places you north of the portal to Valentine Mail and south of a huge smiling blob of flesh, which leads to the Netherworld.
- There is another dark-colored Teleport Rune south of the portal to Red City, which will take you to Soldier Row.
- East of the Soldier Row portal is a mutant-like NPC with arms and a bloody, gaping maw that will take you to Flesh Paths World.
- Continuing northeast leads to a brain that will take you to the Hand Fields.
- There is a rotating DNA strand located south and then east of the Flesh Paths World portal, which will take you to the DNA Room.
- Southeast of the DNA strand is what appears to be a white NPC with a silly face, which will take you to an isolated section of the Floating Tiled Islands. If you have visited the main area of that world at least once, a one-way teleporter will appear on the isolated section that will bring you to the main area.
- In the southwest section of the map is a purplish hopbush-colored Teleport Rune, which will take you to the Hospital.
- There is a monster-like NPC with no eyes and a mouth on its stomach, located northeast on the map. Going to it will take you to Guts World.
- All the way on the eastern side of the map is a hopbush-colored Teleport Rune, which will take you to Ecstasy World.
- Last is a purple circle located on the eastern side of the map, which takes you to the Erythrocyte Maze if you have unlocked it from the other side.
The wandering chasers include a Shadow Gloop and a Shadow ???. The Shadow Gloop will trap you in an isolated interior section of the Highway. The Shadow ??? functions the same as the one in Onyx Tile World, transporting you to an isolated section of Purple World. Interacting with the tube-like creature near the bottom will send you to an isolated section of Garden World. Interacting with it again will bring you back to the main area of Purple World. Going north instead will lead to two one-way connections through the fence: the end of the chain-link path to Blue Forest on the left, or a hole to an isolated section that looks like Blue Forest with a warp to The Hand Hub on the right.
