Static World is a set of the dream world's deeper locations, acting as transitions to other worlds.

Features

Static Worlds are fairly minimalistic, with invisible ground to walk on and flashing static background. Same can also be said about the music, being small bursts of white noise.

Worlds

Static Maze

Map of the Static Maze.

Static Maze is accessed from Shield-Folk World. It is an invisible, single screen maze with a flashing static background. At the end of it as a long white ladder leading to the FC House.

Static Tunnel

After reaching the end of the Teleport Maze and entering the box in the isolated section of the Wilderness, you arrive at the Static Tunnel. It is visually similar to the Static Maze, although it is much more linear, being a single vertical path with a staircase to FC World A.

Trivia

  • Static World notably connects to worlds from a different set of Famicom-related worlds. As such it can be seen as a transition point from the game’s regular art style to the Famicom/NES-styled graphics.
  • You cannot go to FC World A from the Static Tunnel with the Chair pseudo-effect. The ladder in the Static Maze also cannot be climbed with it.
