Block World is one of the 12 original locations accessible directly from the Nexus.
Features
Block World is an openly-looping world filled with many violet, indigo, and white geometric blocks. The blocks are seen from an isometric perspective, making the world tricky to navigate with Madotsuki's orthogonal movement, like the Checkered Tile Path. The Aztec Rave Monkey can be seen in the scrolling parallax background, similar to Forest World.
While most of the world is a confusing assortment of many different cubic structures, there are several points of interest within the chaos. Block World is best navigated by separating the groups of blocks based on notable landmarks.
The Nexus door is within the top left of the main mass of blocks. On the far right of this ass is the male restroom. Madotsuki can use it unless the Bicycle, Severed Head, or Umbrella effects are equipped; it simply plays a flushing sound after use. At the bottom, southeast of the Nexus door, is a bed that Madotsuki can use to reach the Staircase of Hands.
South of the mass of blocks is a noticeably flat, mainly purple area. The Hat and Scarf effect is found on the floor within the path through the middle. A platform just east of the hat and scarf has the monochrome gate to the White Desert A.
Travelling northeast of the monochrome gate, or west of the bed, is a house-like structure with surrounding small cubes. Mafurako paces around this structure. She can teleport alongside Madotsuki to one of any five platforms, one of which being the platform with the monochrome gate. Interacting with her again while on a higher platform will teleport Madotsuki back down to one of five lower areas, and Mafurako will return to her usual position next to the house-like structure. If Madotsuki uses the Hat and Scarf effect to transform into a snowman, Mafurako will instead teleport Madotsuki along with her.
Other landmarks also exist in Block World, although they serve nothing of interest. The smaller flat area directly south of Mafurako is one of her five random teleport locations. Directly east to this area (and north of the Nexus door) is a large tunnel, which is one of the possible returning locations when teleporting back with Mafurako. Finally, south of the flat purple area housing the Hat and Scarf effect is a series of tall green blocks, somewhat resembling a waveform.

Trivia
- Block World somewhat resembles a computer motherboard, which may have been an inspiration.
- Before version 0.07:
- A purple gate leading to a removed event originally was in place of where the White Desert A warp is in the current version. This gate was changed to the black and white gate leading to White Desert A in version 0.07.
- A purple gate northwest of the Hat & Scarf effect location was present that lead to the Neon Tile Path. This gate was removed in version 0.07 as well.
- The Severed Head effect was originally located in this world, as the Guillotine inhabited this world until 0.07, where it was then moved to its final spot in Guillotine World.
