hole in girl is an area accessible from the faceless maid in the Sweet Sugar hotel, provided that Sabitsuki has eaten at least five 300-yen meals at the Sugar Hole. Its name is lowercase to match the official name of the world.

Features

hole in girl is a small, visceral, and rather oppressive area. There are many unconscious women on the ground, strange figures holding signs up, and, most strikingly, statues of women in very sexually suggestive poses, seemingly made out of melting sugar. The background music largely consists of a simple drumbeat, along with the sound of women moaning. The walls pulsate, and the strange background beats like a heart, implying that the area may be organic, or alive.

From the entrance of the area, heading directly west will lead you to a maid. Interacting with her will transport Sabitsuki to one of the Sweet Sugar's back rooms, serving as an exit from the area.

vomitgirl

Roughly north of Sabitsuki's starting position, a hole can be found. The directions on the signs held by the creatures point in its general direction, should you lose track of it. Entering this hole will take Sabitsuki to the vomitgirl area.

vomitgirl is a very small black room with only two points of interest: a hole, leading back to hole in girl, and a very large, white woman lying on the floor in what appears to be a puddle of vomit. Interacting with her face will lead the player to a long hallway.

Hill

At the end of the hallway is a small, cliff-like area. The pinnacle of this cliff is blocked off by large white arms, and a black-haired girl can be seen standing at the edge, surrounded by more hands. This appears to be the same girl who appears in the Sugar Float Days event, as well as Deterioration. She cannot be interacted with in any way.

vomitgirl technically shares the same background theme as the main area, but played at around 40% speed and extremely heavily distorted.
