The Blooming Blue Lagoon is an area accessible from the lamppost in the Astronomical Gallery.
Features
The Blooming Blue Lagoon is a peaceful small flower-filled lagoon-like area. Scattered across this area is various blue lily-like flowers. Alongside these flowers several lampposts can be found around the area.
Assuming you've entered the area from the Astronomical Gallery, slightly south, then east of the lamp is a small flower bud that when interacted with will blossom and take you to the Decrepit Village. Moving directly north from the entrance, however, will lead you to a sea angel that connects to the The Pansy Path.

- In previous versions, the Blooming Blue Lagoon would have been accessed from The Second Nexus, requiring the playing to go all the way through the Oil Puddle World A route if the shortcut in Urotsuki's Dream Apartments was not unlocked.
- Furthermore, the flower bud to the Decrepit Village was found by heading slightly east, then north of the brown door you would have entered from.
