Features

hole in girl is a small, visceral, and very oppressive area. There are many unconscious women on the ground, strange figures holding signs up, and, most strikingly, statues of women in very sexually suggestive poses, seemingly made out of melting sugar. The background music largely consists of a simple drumbeat, along with the suggestive sound of women moaning.

From the entrance of the area, heading directly west will lead you to a maid. Interacting with her will transport Sabitsuki to one of the back rooms in Sweet Sugar, serving as an exit from the area.

Vomitgirl

By roughly following the path indicated by the signs held by the strange NPCs deeper into the world, the player can come across a small hole. Entering this hole will take Sabitsuki to the vomitgirl area. This area is an empty black room with a large woman on the floor, and what is likely vomit on the ground in front of her. Interacting with this woman's face will lead the player to a long, linear path.

Cliff

At the end of the long path out of vomitgirl is a small, cliff-like area. The pinnacle of this cliff is blocked off by large white arms, and a black haired girl can be seen standing at the edge, surrounded by more hands. This appears to be the same girl who appears in the Sugar Float Days event, as well as Deterioration.
