Features

Map of Neon Suburbs

If Urotsuki equips the Marginal effect in the main area the NPCS will stop moving and become black and red with white outlines. While inside the Party Room if the Marginal effect is equipped all the NPCS will become eyes with red pupils that will follow Urotsuki's movement. The creature on the couch will also change to a red and black version. Equipping the Chainsaw effect will cause all the NPCS to move away from Urotsuki while the creature on the couch will begin move rapidly.
