The Orange Mausoleum is an area accessible from an orange structure in Red Sands A or a broken hourglass in Sands of Time.
Features
Orange Mausoleum consists of orange underground passages. The combination of small pyramids and no auto step down for the sloped walls can make traveling through this world cumbersome. Going up in the first fork after exiting from the Sands of Time, there will be a flight of stairs that will take Muma to Red Sands A. If Muma instead goes down, there will be a bigger room with two stairs. The right one will take Muma to a small room with Coin #9, while the left path will take Muma through a long tunnel that has a 1/50 chance upon save file creation to have a connection to R-Maze. At the tunnel's end, there will be an exit to Micro World.

- When this world was added in v12.0, it had no soundtrack. Then in v13.0, it was given the Vent soundtrack and finally in v33.2 it was given it's own original soundtrack.
- The fork that contains the pyramid to Sands Of Time was added in v30.0, as the broken hourglass in that world used to go to Weird Forest instead.
- The random teleporter to R-Maze was added in v31.1.
- This world used to be saved in the same map file as the cabins located in Red Sands B Settlement until v32.1, with the cabins being to the left of this world.
