	Toy Urotsuki	Interact with the toy on the table before the Toy Urotsuki chaser room in Thrift Shop.
	Horse	Interact with the horse head on a pedestal in Motel Breeze.
	Gold	Interact with the gold bar that can appear in Legacy Nexus after walking around and looping the map multiple times.
	Clown	Walk up to the mirror in Clementine's Room in Checkered Towers, then wait for the Clown to appear and walk into the mirror to transform into it.
	Purple Hat	Found in Sarah's Room in Blue Apartments.
	Jester	Found in Sarah's Room in Blue Apartments if the Horse mask is worn or the Fake Apartments.
	Shadow X	Interact with a shadowy figure near a red door with a lock in Blue Apartments.
	Pudding Head	Interact with the little flan in Worksite's Neighbourhood.
	Sludge	Interact with the open mouth Urotsuki on the ground in Sands of Self.
	Chicken	Interact with the chicken found in Sands of Self.
	Burial Depths Mask	Interact with a red-marked grave in Burial Depths A.
	Gentleman	Interact with one of the swords in Foggy Remnants.
	Shadow Gentleman	Interact with one of the swords in Foggy Remnants.
	Faceless	Interact with the filing cabinet near the sink in Chaser Academy.

Other Masks

Icon	Name	Unlock Conditions
	Airplane	When entering the Apartment Amoeba's room in Urotsuki's Dream Apartments, there is a chance that a tree may appear on one of the walls. Upon entering the tree and interacting with the picture on the wall, you will arrive at a rooftop where Urotsuki can pilot a plane landed there in-uniform in an event sequence.
	Akama Witch	Obtained and unlocked in Jigsaw Puzzle World upon using the Marginal effect on the mirror while it is purple. Urotsuki will transform into a witch resembling Akama. Once obtained, you can equip/unequip this effect anytime in Jigsaw Puzzle World only.
	Santa Claus	Obtained by going to the big house in Christmas World and chainsawing the man wearing a Christmas hat. This mask also adapts to the Bike, Boy, Chainsaw, and Fairy effects.
	Sliced	Urotsuki gets split in two after either walking through the giant razor blades found in Urotsuki's Dream Apartments or after getting cut by the saw in Ice Floe World.
	Swimsuit	In the Bathhouse, this suit will also adapt to the Stretch and Child effects. Another swimsuit can also be found in Japan Town's hotel.
	Towel	When walking into the Bathhouse, there is a small chance that Urotsuki will appear in a white towel rather than in her swimsuit. This mask also appears in the Travel Hotel, albeit with green slippers. In the latter location, a soda can be purchased from the balcony's vending machine to make Urotsuki drink and walk around with a soda can.
	Umbrella	Found in the Sculpture Park, three of which are scattered throughout the map. If an effect is equipped, the umbrella will drop on the ground and can be picked up again.
	Halloween Dress	Found in the Halloween Forest by interacting with the jack-o-lantern. Doing so unlocks it in the mask shops.
	Block Person	Randomly occurs when stepping on the E tile in the Red Brick Maze.
	Mini Urotsuki	Randomly occurs when stepping on the E tile in the Red Brick Maze.
	Giant Urotsuki	Randomly occurs when stepping on the E tile in the Red Brick Maze. Cannot leave the room while it is equipped.
	Puni	Interact with the Pink Puni in the small Puni room from the Treetop of Dream Park.
	Shadow Monster	Rest in one of the baths in Japan Town's hotel after putting Urotsuki's swimsuit on. This transformation is only temporary and lowers Urotsuki's movement speed.
	Pudding Person	Chainsaw the Pudding Person at the bench near the vending machine in Pudding World.
	Fishing Outfit	Interact with the second peephole in the first section of Holiday Hell.
