Guts World is an area that can be accessed from Parallel Graveyard, Visine World, or through Fabric World (one-way).
Features
Guts World is a fairly large, empty area. The only notable features are the random organs scattered about and the odd black walls with pink outlines, some of which have odd, white beings trapped inside of them. These are all inaccessible to the player; however, one in the Intestines Maze serves as one of this world's entrances. The world is bounded along the vertical plane; you cannot go too far north or south, but along the horizontal plane it loops infinitely, similar to Star Ocean. The various pieces of meat scattered around the area can be chainsawed to no response.
The giant, white spider-like rib cage serves as your entrance from the Intestines Maze. If you find the large, floating ball of organs and walk under its shadow, you'll get sent to the deeper passageway area of Visine World. North and some east of this connection is a pillar that leads to Parallel Graveyard.
Two of the floating white creatures have disfigured faces and are facing away from one another; going between them teleports Urotsuki to a path to a grey building, full of small rooms containing white blocks. The first room from the entrance of the building is where you will spawn if you enter from Dream Park, and you will exit from the third door if you went through the one-way Fabric World connection by interacting with Midori Tokuro.
On the second floor of the building, entering the first door on your right takes you to a room with two white bricks in it, and a seemingly blocked off door to the south. Waiting for some time can allow the door to become unlocked. Alternatively, it seems that there is a chance to unlock the door each time the player interacts with the left wall that's within range of the door (from the player's perspective). This leads to a passage that leads with a rotten confection at the end of it. Upon equipping the Cake effect, will turn into a bright pink dessert with a fork poking through it. If you have visited the Red Sewers beforehand, interacting with the confection in this state will take you to the entrance of that area.
Crucially, many connections and features become unavailable in the areas that follow the Red Sewers when using this method:
- Exiting the Red Sewers will simply take you back to Guts World, and it will not be possible to proceed from Glitched Butterfly Sector to Sierpinski Maze, therefore restricting access to the proceeding areas.
- The hats will not be available, such as the ones in Critter Village.
- Shimako will not be present in any of the following worlds, including during events.
- The event in Wooded Lakeside B will cause the player to wake up instead of taking them to Home Within Nowhere.
- Chainsawing the red creatures to reach the Wooded Lakeside A rooftop event will still be possible, but after using the bed and arriving in Pure White Lands, the red eye creature at the cliff will be present instead of Shimako. This is normally there only after making Shimako disappear, and then returning to the cliff.
Moving further down the hallway, the third door from the stairs holds a room that, if you have unlocked the connection, contains a well in this room that leads to the Carnivorous Pit. Leaving through the lower door, going right from here and up the staircase takes you to a balcony. Here you can find a long-haired and quite large blue woman standing behind the rail. Visiting this balcony unlocks the connection to this world from Dream Park.
Going left from here and through the last door takes you to a room with a Clown in it. If you chainsaw it, it will jump up in the air victoriously after taking 100夢 from you. If you don't have this much, it will teleport you to an inescapable map with a giant head, whose left pupil moves at fast speed. The only background sound in this map are laughs similar to Smile-san's, the same as that reached when you repeatedly attack the eyes in Visine World. If you walk past the Clown, you will enter a cluttered storage room with a colorful pumpkin in it, which will give you Menu Theme #16 if you interact with it.
Directions
- The Nexus → Graveyard World → Hospital → Parallel Graveyard → Guts World
- The Nexus → Urotsuki's Dream Apartments → Dressing Room → Fabric World → Guts World
- The Nexus → Geometry World → Saturated Eyeball Zone → Spelling Room → Visine World → Guts World
With the Marginal effect, after visiting the balcony in this world at least once and unlocking the connection from Dream Park to Broken Faces Area:
- The Nexus → Library → Broken Faces Area → Dream Park → Guts World
After visiting Parallel Graveyard once:
- The Nexus → Urotsuki's Dream Apartments → Simple Street → Parallel Graveyard → Guts World
Trivia
- This world may be a reference to several areas in .flow. The large area outside the building may reference the Womb Maze and some of the objects found within, and the balcony with the large blue lady is very similar to both the balcony of the School and the balcony on which the endings of the game take place.
- Before version 0.113, the storage room used to be much more cluttered. After the removal of many assets, the room has become a lot less packed.
