The False Shoal is an area accessible from the Sugary Depths of Sugar World.

Features

The False Shoal is a vast open sea of magenta water, containing a number of pink islands and concrete walls that form various shapes, in similar fashion to the Pink Sea from Yume Nikki. Flags can be found scattered around which teleport Urotsuki between the islands and the surrounding water.

Many strange NPCs can be found in the water, including strange blades of grass, weird NPCs resembling Steve "Leif" Kareha, a green blob that incessantly drinks the water, and creepy black things with red eyes that shake when howling with the Wolf effect. There is a pair of eyes that runs from Urotsuki when touched, turns into a chicken leg with the Glasses effect equipped, and turns into a text emoji with the Invisible effect equipped.

There are two large islands in the area, one from which Urostuki starts out. This starting island is shaped like an eye creature with two legs, and contains two flags found at the island's "feet". Both of these flags will teleport Urotsuki to two separate moon-shaped formations in the water near the island. From the southwestern flag, travel west and slightly south or from the southeastern flag, travel east and a bit north to reach another flag which takes Urotsuki to the other large island.

In the second large island, Ahogeko's House can be found, alongside a grave and a paper next to it. Interacting with the paper will show its content, being an old sheet of paper with unrecognizable characters in it. After seeing the paper it will disappear, unlocking a green book in the Library and a shortcut flag near a bench in the starting island. There are also two large pillars blocking a path on the right, which will disappear after Menu Theme #38 is obtained in Ahogeko's House. This narrow path leads to a peninsula surrounded by a lake, where large opening with something bubbling up from below can be found. Interacting with it results in a one-way trip to the Fantasy Isle.
