Moonlit Pharmacy is a world that can be entered from Collision World. It is unlocked by interacting with the NPCs in the cone houses in Abyssal Garden and Illusive Forest.

Within the area are two IV bags surrounded by flowers and pills. Going between them brings you to an NPC that leads to an isolated section of Colorless Rose Garden only once. This NPC will be present only if you already have Menu Theme #58. When you revisit this area, the NPC will instead lead to the Secret Society. This will also remove masks.
