The Neon Suburbs are an area accessible from Monochrome School.

Map of Neon Suburbs

Features

This area is a large, expansive neighborhood with constantly changing neon colors on a moving red psychedelic background. It is made up of several houses surrounded by large brick walls and rainbow trees. Populating the neighborhood are several psychedelic NPCs that slowly wander the area. If Urotsuki equips the Marginal effect in the main area, the NPCs will stop moving and become black and red with white outlines.

Southeast of the entrance is a building covered in trees that leads to the Party Room.

Party Room

The Party Room is a small house party filled with neon NPCs. The room is sparsely decorated, having only a TV, posters, a couch, and a table with cups and a punch bowl in the corner. Sitting on the couch is a tall moving creature that will change the music when interacted with. Interacting with the cups and punch bowl will play sipping noises.

Equipping the Chainsaw effect will cause all the NPCs to flee Urotsuki and agitate the creature on the couch. The Rainbow effect pleases it. If the Marginal effect is equipped, all NPCs will become red eyes that follow Urotsuki's movements. The creature on the couch will also change to a red and black version.
