Underground World (internally named Warehouse) is a small deeper location accessed from the Staircase of Hands by sleeping in one out of the five randomly chosen beds spread across the dream worlds.
Features
Underground World is a dark corridor, resembling an underground storage unit. The first hallway contains an elevator, which will give Madotsuki a one-way trip to the elevator located within the Mall. If the player travels to the Mall using the Underground World elevator, the traffic cone usually blocking the escalator to the Mall's rooftop will not be present. Continuing left beyond the elevator is the Blazing Corridor, named after the large roaring flames blocking the doorway. To extinguish the flames, Madotsuki must equip either the Yuki-onna or Umbrella effects.
If the player uses the Hat and Scarf effect to transform into a snowman in Snow World and then gets to Underground World through one of the beds while as a snowman, they can sit by the Blazing Corridor to slowly melt away. This event is known as the Melting Madotsuki event, in which Madotsuki will eventually melt into a puddle of water with the hat and scarf on top. Directions
Although there are five normal beds found throughout the dream world, which all lead to the Staircase of Hands and eventually Underground World, the shortest route starts by using the bed in Madotsuki's Dream Room.

If the Poop Hair effect has not yet been obtained, the bed in Candle World is recommended, as it is always guaranteed under this condition.
- Nexus → Candle World → Staircase of Hands → Underground World
