Prayer NPCs
Aby the Phantom
A phantom child sitting near a cliff in the Playground that can be summoned by pushing the swing. The Phantom prayer can be learned by interacting with her. She is also sitting in the Phantom Bar in the Spirit Town.
Chromakey Dreamcat
A bored looking kitty. Teaches the Chromakey Dreamcoat prayer. They flash up and show a TV static, but ignore any interaction after you learned the prayer. Seen in the second section of the Glitch World.
Karakasa Teacher
The umbrella ghost of the Miko Shrine. Teaches the Karakasa prayer and slithers their long tongue around. Does little else.
Light Blue Jellyfish
The only light blue jellyfish on the Ocean Floor. Is summoned by interacting with the Ghostly Jellyfish in the Underwater Ship. Teaches the Tentacles prayer. Has eyes, while the other jellyfish lack them.
Monoka
A mysterious figure only seen from behind in the Monochrome City. Teaches the Monochrome prayer. If you hurt her, the spirit world will become a nightmare.
Snowy Streets Angel
Found in an abandoned bus. Appears to be frozen to death, due to the cold climate of the Snowy Streets. Their halo teaches Fluorette the Halo prayer. One of the Snow Girls guides you to them. Became a phantom and hangs out with Aby in Spirit Town.
Non-prayer NPCs
Blip
Found in the Arrow Lane. Cute, green, floating lego, that follows Fluorette around if interacted with. Stays in one place if Fluorette equips the Shovel prayer.
Cat
A pair of green eyes that appear in Underwater Ship during the Cat Eyes wake-up event where the cat eats up Fluorette.
Chimiko
The chaser characters of the game. Normally calm, in helpful positions such as shop owner or guide in the Elevator Room. Occasionally enraged, chasing Fluorette and trapping her in inescapable areas. Can be made enraged if hit with the Shovel prayer.
Cogs
Spinning cogs that appear in the platforms of Clock Work World. They make a sound and disappear if hit with the Shovel prayer.
Eloboter
Odd-looking robots with a cross-shaped antenna that can be seen wandering around in Spirit Town.
Eyeball Monster
A big floating eyeball monster that can be found in Broken Clock Park. Its gaze follows Fluorette and talks in subdued, quick sounds if interacted with.
Floating Eyeball
A single floating eyeball with a rapidly spinning pupil that can be found in Broken Clock Park.
Frozen Lake Leaders
Two ice girls at the Frozen Lake, seemingly in authority positions. The first one deliberately turns away from you and so do the Snow Girls with her. The second one stands on a platform and oversees her Snow Girl army marching. They both teleport you.
MissingNo.
Has a 1/10 chance of appearing inside a house in the Game Boy World's Town section. Interacting with them triggers an event. A reference to a well-known glitch encountered in the Game Boy versions of Pokémon Red and Blue.
Monoka's Followers
Lanky chasers that appear in Monochrome City if Monoka is hit with the Shovel prayer as part of the Spirit Murder event.
Neon-Eyed Hoodies
Hoodied cyborg NPCs with a glowing neon eye that can be found in Spirit Town. One of them can be seen sitting down next to the Borderland Corridor connection.
Orbs
Flashing monochrome orbs that appear in the Gradient World. One of them flashes in red and blue instead which connects the area to Broken Clock Park.
Shadowrette
A transparent, unmoving sprite of Fluorette in her Phantom prayer form found in Symbols Maze. Interacting with her changes the colour of the maze, and the green scrolling background turns red.
Snow Girls
A type of NPC resident in the Snowy Streets. There are hundreds of them in certain areas, at one point marching together like an army. When interacted with, they appear startled.
Spider
A large black spider that leads to a small sunflower field area in the Forest World. Hitting them with the Shovel prayer splatters blood and makes an electric shock noise but doesn’t kill the spider.
