The Black and Blue Twins
Near identical twins that reside in the Dark Room and Snowy Pipe Organ respectively. The blue twin can only be passed with the Boy, Gakuran, Wolf or Chainsaw effects.
Oni Musume
Demon Girl
A demon girl who is accompanied by her pet telephone in the Dark Room. She can be on the sofa, by the bookcase or walking around.
Yume
Director
A creature found sitting on a chair in the Dark Room and Tapir-San's Place, the latter sometimes watching a ghost of Urotsuki sleeping on the floor.
Odorika
A cycloptic dancer found in Red Streetlight World with two bunny partners. Using the Maiko effect to bow in front of her triggers a full-screen event.
Kamen Eshi
Masked Painter, Painter-kun
A painter found in the Art Gallery painting a strange picture. If you kill him with the Chainsaw effect, his blood will be splattered over his art, and his mask will fall to the ground.

Found behind the counter of The Underground Bar, he is interactable and serves you drinks. Drinking too much triggers an event.
Japan Town's Inhabitants
Inhabitants of Japan Town. Interacting with the Wheel Girl, News Man or Parasol Woman cause them to disappear.
Geisha Shop Keeper
A geisha with an eerie smile that runs the hotel in Japan Town. She allows you to change the style of your menu, and if you sit with her she will begin laughing silently. The Geisha also bears a resemblance to Urotsuki when using the Maiko effect.
Hina Doll
The main event of the Maiden Outlook area. If it is daytime, sunset, or evening, her head will shoot off her body, landing near the cliffside Urotsuki is standing on. If it is nighttime, her head will already have left her body, and will be flying around above the town below.
The Commando
A man in Russian-like red uniform found in The Docks who can be seen smoking. He mans a submarine alongside Provost-san. He does not react to you.

A humanoid in Russian-like red uniform found in The Docks. They man a submarine alongside The Commando. They glare at you if you try to meddle with the submarine's controls.

Octoman
An octpus man in Atlantis' city area. Interacting with him makes him turn towards you. If you use the Fairy effect on him, he will become frightened and reveal his tentacles and large eye.
Clown Triplets
Anastasia, Nikolai and Arina
Friendly Clowns found in the Underwater Amusement Park. The accordion playing clown, Anastasia will play music when close by. The Clown with balloons is named Arina, the last Nikolai.
Mother
A pregnant woman found in Urotsuki's Dream Apartments. The only effect that works on her is the Insect effect that makes the baby enlarge when used. If you chainsaw her, there will be two screams instead of one, despite the baby clearly being a fetus.

Sign Man
Found at the Sewers' entrance to Japan Town, he is a man in a suit with a sign for a head. He does not respond to anything. If you interact with him, he will play a honking sound, similar to that of a horn.
Farmer
Gardener
Can be found watering plants in the Farm World. When interacted, he tells you via a speech bubble what kind of plant he is caring for at the moment, which is always a picture of either a chili pepper, a slice of pizza, or a Japanese maple leaf.
Anubis
A character resembling the Egyptian god Anubis, who wanders around the Hourglass Desert. Using the Wolf effect will cause him to change his posture.
Bloody Babies
Red, bloody babies who crawl around the Train Tracks and the Closet Pinwheel Path. Interacting with them causes them to cry and make a face of disgust. One can also be found inside one of the hotel spa rooms in Japan Town.
Monmon
The cute, fluffy inhabitants of Marijuana Goddess World. They jump when interacted with. They are unique in the fact that they can be set on fire by the Lantern effect.
Seanut
A tall sea sponge found in the wilderness area of Atlantis. He blushes at the Wolf and Penguin effects and is scared at the Chainsaw. Seanut will not come back after he is killed.

Monkey Marquis
The presumed owner of the Monkey Mansion. He lounges on his throne. Interestingly, as the rest of the mansion has parallels to Urotsuki's Dream Apartments, the Marquis' room is directly where Urotsuki's room would be.
Ahogeko
A brown-haired girl who lives in Ahogeko's House. Ahogeko only makes a sound when interacted with. She and the area itself are a reference to Poniko from the original Yume Nikki.
Aooh
A red blob-creature that has a 1/64 chance of occurring in the Cylindrical building of False Shoal. It is a reference to Uboa from the original Yume Nikki.

Boy on the Bench
A boy found in the easternmost area of the Blue Forest. No matter which effect you use when interacting with him, he will only shake his head. If you sit next to him, he will stare at you.

Desu-chan
Onee-chan
A tall girl found in the southeast of the Highway. She can be found on a bench on the pier or near Desu-chan. She will turn away from you if you interact with her and if you equip the Chainsaw or Cake.
Tokage
Tokage can be found in the Evergreen Woods. There are six of them scattered throughout the forest, each with distinct color schemes. They are likely designed to be references to the Namekuji of the original Yume Nikki's Forest World.
Shibomu
A rather deflated looking snake with two mouths and a cut on his side. He is found lying on the ground in the Highway under the tunnel to the Upper Highway and can only be seen if you use the Glasses effect. He does not react to any other effects.
Hebiko
Found in the same area as the Boy on the Bench in the Blue Forest. If he is not on the bench, Hebiko can be found in a small clearing toward the lower right. If you interact with her, she will open her mouth wide, stick her tongue out, and make a loud giggling noise.

Aoshiru
Aojiru is a patient in the Hospital that can be found through a minor event in the middle room of the Hospital's last hallway. Aojiru reacts to nothing, and trying to interact with them will automatically make Urotsuki kill them with the Chainsaw, even if you haven't collected it.
Hagure-Uzasu
A conical green creature that wanders around near the sculpture room of Graveyard World. It slowly moves about with a dopey expression on its face. Wielding the Chainsaw effect will cause it to freak out, zipping about at high speeds. Chainsawing Hagure-Uzasu has a 1/3 chance of giving you 5000夢.

Waiyamichi
A boy found in Interconnected Wire World and Usugurai Residence if The Nexus background is blue. He reacts to several effects, notably running away with a scared expression when the Wolf, Teru Teru Bōzu and Grave effects are equipped.
Samishii
A white wolf found in Grayscale Mountain Ring. Depending on the Variable #44 value, she can also be found in Tarnished Chocolate World. There she has interactions with the Wolf and Teru Teru Bōzu effects.
Fushigi-san
A colorful creature with one leg and large cyan eyes. It can be found near the river in the VIBRANT SMILE WORLD section of Interconnected Wire World. It looks worried during the CRIMSON WATCH event.
ßethany
A dark green-ish creature reminiscent of the Pier Monsters that can be found in Cement World. Her face is replaced by three big eyes when the Chainsaw effect is equipped.

A dark green-ish creature reminiscent of the Pier Monsters that can be found in Cement World. Her face is replaced by three big eyes when the Chainsaw effect is equipped.
Hikarimono
A large green and purple blob found in Demoscene Tapestry Club. It reacts to several effects, notably showing its eyes with the Chainsaw effect.
Bitaminookami
Wolves that look like vitamin pills. They roam around Vitamin World and will approach Urotsuki when the Wolf effect is equipped.
Tebukuro
A white sentient arm with a blue fingerless glove that can be found in a pool in Tarnished Chocolate World. It can be chainsawed, however it cannot be killed.
Mukiryoku
Dark humanoid figures that can be encountered in Usugurai Residence, seemingly living there. One of them can be seen smoking with a negative expression, interacting with them will lead to Cigarette World. They are notably similar to the Pirori.

A blue-furred blob with one eye and one ear that can be encountered in both Beige Hallway of Wa and Hiragana Board if Variable 44 is 128 or more, connecting the two worlds together. It reacts happily to the Telephone effect, gets upset when the Grave effect is equipped and is afraid of the Chainsaw effect.

A wolf with a blue color scheme and bat-like wings that can be seen on top of the building in Usugurai Residence’s Outskirts.

A girl with pancakes stacked on the top of her head, who is found in Pancake World. She reacts angrily to the Cake effect when it is equipped.
Witch of Hatred
A girl that can be found in the Love Lodge. She runs away from the Chainsaw and Penguin effects but chases you in with the Fairy or Child effects, trapping you in a cage. Killing her grants a temporary Menu Theme.
Witch of Charity
Gray runes wearing dark gray ushanka hats. They can be encountered in the Underground Runological Warehouse, acting like security guards.

The sole living inhabitant of the Industrial Towers. Interacting with him with the Bunny Ears effect equipped will change the time of day. He also reacts to a number of effects.
Atama
A group of severed heads located all across Flesh Paths World. They are used to navigate through the area, the most notable is a severed head of Urotsuki herself. They may be a reference to Severed Blue Head from Yume Nikki.

She can be found seated away from the player on a beach mat in Blood Red Beach. She appears as a ghost in the Rotted Corridors section of Underground Subway. A non ghost version can be found by entering the back of the red door in Legacy Nexus.
Sarah
A girl that can be found in Blue Apartments either sitting or walking about. She makes a squeak noise when interacted with. Sometimes she wears a hat. She can also rarely be found in the Worksite.
Clementine
A girl that can be found in her room in Illuminated Building where she is walking around. She changes to a jester outfit if the clown mask is worn in her presence and becomes darker if the radio in her room is activated.
Bokun
Yukata
A man with a fox mask found in The Invisible Maze and The Baddies Bar. He readies himself for attack when the Chainsaw effect is out and may retaliate if attacked.
Kanashii-tan
Sad Girl
A sobbing girl in a pink skirt and purple top, found in a tunnel in the Stone Maze. If you interact with her using any effect, she will sob into her hands. When interacting with her, there's a 1/9 chance that she will fade away, as if she was killed.
Bōringu Otoko
The ever-running inhabitants of the Bowling Zone. The Bōringu Otoko are running bowling balls. Bōringu Otoko in The Lanes portion of Bowling Zone will send Urotsuki back to the start to the lanes if she comes into contact with them. The Bōringu Otoko of Bowling Pin World are harmless, and won't even run from the Chainsaw effect.

The ever-running inhabitants of the Bowling Zone. Pingai are the running bowling pins. The Pingai of Bowling Pin World are harmless, and won't even run from the Chainsaw effect.

Silly Stars
The Silly Stars are tiny light-green stars found all over Glowing Stars World that make a bell-like sound when interacted with. They are just minding their own business. Please don't kill them. A bigger 3D variant can be found inside Whispering Palace.
Baby Blood Striders
Blobs made of blood found in Bleeding Mushroom Garden. Baby Blood Striders walk around aimlessly and occasionally charge at the player trying to attack them. They don't do anything when they touch you.
Blood Striders
Blobs made of blood found in Bleeding Mushroom Garden. Adult Blood Striders are found only in the Hellish Bloody Maze of Bleeding Mushroom Garden and approach you slowly and trap you in a closed-off section of the maze.

A girl found at the end of the Graffiti maze. She cannot be approached and reacts to nothing, simply bleeding onto the floor.

Sunhat Woman
A woman in white that can be found in the Forlorn Beach House and randomly in Flying Fish World. In the former, if you try to chainsaw her, the sun's eye will glow and de-equip the effect.
GALAXY
Chainsaw Murderer
A girl found in GALAXY Town. If attacked with the Chainsaw effect, she will retaliate with her own pink chainsaw. She follows you if the Boy effect is equipped.
Candyhead
A creature found in Sugar World. She can't be killed with the Chainsaw, but she can still bleed. Equipping the Child effect near her will cause one of her eyes to focus on Urotsuki while the other looks at the ground.

A robotic girl found in the Patchwork Playroom in the Pansy Path. If chainsawed, she will fall apart and act as a one-way teleporter to the Cog Maze. She used to be found in GALAXY Town B before its removal.
