By using Urotsuki's computer, the player can choose between one of several different Menu Themes, which change the design of the menu frame. Menu themes can be selected through the tools menu on Urotsuki's Computer.
There are currently 87 selectable menu themes in the game; at the start of the game, Urotsuki has 7 to choose from, and she can unlock more themes by interacting with special NPCs & objects throughout the dream world. Alongside that there are 5 temporary menu themes, which do not appear on the Menu Theme page.
Each Menu Theme is listed below in order according to the computer menu, along with a brief description of where they can be found.

Theme 51 | Domino Constructions | Found by interacting with the painting in Domino Constructions flag room. | ||
Theme 52 | Glitch Hell | Obtained after getting caught by a mosaic-like NPC in Glitch Hell. | ||
Theme 53 | Sakura Forest | Obtained by interacting with BunBun the giant bunny in Sakura Forest with the Bunny Ears effect equipped. | ||
Theme 54 | Gemstone Cave | Interact with the white star at the end of Gemstone Cave. | ||
Theme 55 | Bishop Cathedral | Solve the flower puzzle in Bishop Cathedral to unlock the Bishop Room from the altar at Rose Window Hall. Interact with Bishop Florent in Bishop Room to obtain this menu theme. | ||
Theme 56 | Fish Person Shoal | Interact with the angry fish person in Fish Person Shoal after using the fishing rod inside of the cave while the polar bear is asleep. | ||
Theme 57 | Sixth Terminal | After chainsawing the Four Guardians in their respective Trials, which you can find in the portals in the areas connecting to the Sixth Terminal's bridges, interact with the purple diamond portal in the bottom-most layer of the Sixth Terminal to go to an area with a shadow of an adult Urotsuki. Interact with this shadow to obtain this menu theme. | ||

Temporary Menu Themes
These are menu themes that do not get added to the Tools menu in the Computer, which persist under certain conditions.

Shop Ruins | Can be toggled by interacting with the heart-shaped NPC in the pink 8-bit area, accessible from the bottle in the left table of the hidden chemical storage in Shop Ruins. This menu theme lasts until you use the Eyeball Bomb effect or wake up, and can be re-obtained as much as you want. | |||
Love Lodge | Killing the Witch of Hatred will temporary give you this menu theme, which lasts until you use the Eyeball Bomb effect or wake up. It can be re-obtained as many time as you want since the Witch respawns each time you return to her house. | |||
