By exploring and interacting with the dream world, Urotsuki can obtain menu themes, changing the appearance of the menus. The player can choose the theme they wish to use in the tools menu on Urotsuki's computer.
There are currently 87 selectable menu themes in the game. When a new game is started, there are 7 starting menu themes, and more are unlocked by interacting with special NPCs & objects throughout the dream world. Alongside that there are 10 temporary menu themes, which cannot be freely selected on the computer.
Each menu theme is listed below in order according to the computer menu, along with a brief description of where they can be found.

This is a list of the previous methods you used to collect certain menu themes. This includes the removed egg themes that were found in various places throughout wataru's worlds, and the methods that were originally used to replace them upon their temporary removal.

Theme 50 | Blue Restaurant | Step on ten invisible tiles that can only be seen by looking into the gray cube in Blue Restaurant. |
