Fixed a bug in Ticking Blackout Zone where the player would get softlocked after sitting on a platform bench under certain condition.
Fixed a bug in Ticking Blackout Zone where if you press the decision key twice after the train doors open, Urotsuki would get off the bench twice and get stuck there.
Fixed a bug in Ticking Blackout Zone: Train where the player could use an effect while looking at the scenery.
Fixed a bug in Mountain Range where the user could move while sitting on a bench if you sit on the left side of the bench on the top of the mountain and pressing the left button.
Fixed a bug in Mountain Range where the screen would sometimes become fixed when certain steps were taken.

The closet in Urotsuki's Dream Apartments is now replaced with a door that takes you to the Closet Room, which now houses the shortcut to Winter Valley and Bright Forest.
Removed the construction sign in Solstice Forest and added a new area in it.
Changed the graphics in Gulliver Desert, The Liar's House, ???-tsuki's Room, Winter Valley, Solstice Forest, and Bright Forest.
Minor changes to the Developer Room.
