Fixed bug that caused Urotsuki to appear highlighted in some tinted areas like Aquatic Cube City while using effects such as Trombone, Child and Teru Teru Bōzu. It hasn't been implemented globally, so areas like Monochrome Street or Alien Cellar still have the bug. Added and modified a lot of game events related to the bugfix above. Other bugfixes and improvements in maps like FC Caverns, Erratic Pillar Lands, Surgical Scissors World and Aquatic Cube City. Other general improvements and bugfixes to game events.

Globally incorporated qxy bugfix from Patch 2. Extended the patch to other animations, like the underwater bubble animation. Added confirmation message after changing menu theme in the Computer. Bugfixes on the Abandoned Factory, Atlantis, Laboratory, French Street, Dream Bank, the Computer and the Music Room.
