Fixed an issue where the color could be changed while using the Bike or Marginal effect, or by falling. Updated various things linked to collision. Added various internal switch and common event additions relating to Effect Mixes, the Penguin effect, and footsteps. When in TestPlay mode, you can now hold F10 in the new game intro screen to see maps that are included in the Map Completion Rate. Fixed a bug where the game would softlock when the player would penguin belly slide into a wall in Toy World. Raised the max speed on Minigame B from 8 to 15. Adjusted the time it takes for the speed to increase. Added backgrounds and music changes depending on the current speed. Enemies will now come out quicker if the player repeatedly fires shots. High score data can now be erased by holding the Up Arrow and then pressing X. Made minor fixes to Spear Tribe World.
